Wrapping Up Q3: Celebrating Growth and Courage

As Q3 comes to a close, so does my advanced coaching program. It’s been an incredible journey, and now it’s time to step into the next phase—getting real about applying what we’ve learned.

How has Q3 been for you?

Take a moment to reflect. What growth, challenges, or breakthroughs have you experienced? Whether it’s been smooth sailing or full of twists and turns, there’s still time to capture opportunities before the year wraps up. It’s never too late to lean into growth.

At the end of my program, we were asked to describe how we felt in a few words.

What resonated most was the idea of standing in our own power and celebrating how much we’ve evolved.

For me, I chose “I am resourceful.” Others shared words like “confidence,” “clarity,” and “listening”—all powerful reflections.

Our graduation snap

“I am resourceful” speaks to the tools and frameworks I’ve gained to make my coaching conversations more impactful. Whether it’s through this newsletter, LinkedIn, or everyday conversations, I’m finding new ways to bring a coach-like approach into everything I do. And for that, I’m incredibly grateful to the community that values curiosity, growth, and even mistakes.

In the spirit of everyday courage, here are a few courageous acts I feel proud of:

  • Supporting clients to stay committed to their goals, whether it’s embracing feedback or sticking with a fitness routine.

  • Training for a marathon and practicing positive self-talk on those long, seemingly endless runs.

  • Building a support network, and finding strength in vulnerability by asking for help.

Now, I’m putting something else out there for accountability

I’ve decided to replace 50% of my screen time with reading. Right now, I spend about 5 hours a day on my screen (mostly on YouTube!). My goal is to read 75 pages a day and finish 30 books by the end of the year. Reading was something I loved as a child, and it’s time to reconnect with that habit of learning.

What about you? What opportunities do you see for the rest of the year? It’s not too late to make meaningful progress—let’s keep pushing forward together.

I’ll always be here,
